What happens after we receive a notice

Upon receiving a complete and valid notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material identified as infringing. We may also notify the party who posted or is otherwise responsible for the material.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material removed and its location before removal
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court

Repeat infringers

We reserve the right, in appropriate circumstances, to remove content or restrict access for parties who are repeat infringers.
